Women who are rising rapidly to the top at law firms across Europe continue to break new ground in the practice of law, setting precedents and securing the future for their clients. But just as important to them and to their firms, these women are also team-builders and mentors, especially of other women lawyers.
And like true leaders in any domain, they view the success of their team as equally important, if not more important, than their own. “I am proud of the young lawyers in my team who are becoming and will be excellent lawyers,” says one young partner. “I hope that my next proudest moment will be if one of them joins me in the partnership.”
Law.com International has spent months researching and calling for submissions from top law firms about exceptional up-and-coming female lawyers aged 40 and under practicing in Continental Europe and Ireland.
