Mo. AG Investigates Faith-Based Discrimination Against Kansas City’s Post

The Missouri attorney general demanded documents from Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas relating to his office’s social media account last week after someone allegedly released where Kansas City Chiefs’ kicker Harrison Butker lived, following his controversial commencement speech.

Butker’s speech at Benedictine College, a private Catholic liberal arts school in Kansas, gained national attention after he told the women that they had “the most diabolical lies” told to them. He said while many women would lead successful careers, “I would venture to guess that the majority of you are most excited about your marriage and the children you will bring into this world,” he said.
