They say these contracts only permitted the models\u2019 images to be used in social media advertisements for the Hot Girl Summer swimwear.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tAccording to the lawsuits, however, these photos have since cropped up on billboards in Los Angeles and three other U.S. cities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cRoc Nation had a limited license to use plaintiff\u2019s likeness from the April 30, 2025, photoshoot,\u201d reads identical language in both lawsuits. \u201cDefendant knew that it did not have plaintiff\u2019s consent and did not make any attempt to notify plaintiff that plaintiff\u2019s likeness would be used without plaintiff\u2019s consent.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tDelacruz and Wade say Roc Nation has been \u201cunjustly enriched\u201d by using their images beyond what was agreed to in the modeling contracts. They now want the company to pay up, and they\u2019re seeking an unspecified amount of financial damages for breach of contract, misappropriation of likeness and false advertising.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tMegan herself is not named as a defendant in the lawsuits or accused of any wrongdoing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tA lawyer for the models, <strong>Bassil Hamideh<\/strong>, told <em>Billboard<\/em> on Tuesday that he and his team \u201clook forward to vindicating our clients\u2019 rights and trying these cases.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cWe take models\u2019 rights very seriously,\u201d added Hamideh. \u201cWe consider Roc Nation\u2019s unlawful conduct against our clients to be egregious.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tA Roc Nation rep did not immediately return a request for comment.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ubpass.co\/billboard\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i.imgur.com\/2HpFicp.png\" alt=\"Billboard VIP Pass\" style=\"max-width: 100%;height: auto\" title=\"\"><br \/><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Two models who posed for Megan Thee Stallion\u2019s Hot Girl Summer swimwear brand are suing Roc Nation for putting the photos on billboards without their permission.
