Numerous fans filed class actions against Ticketmaster, and the Federal Trade Commission is suing an Eras re-seller who jacked up prices. Prosecutors in New York even filed criminal cases against a \u201ccybercrime crew\u201d that stole Eras tickets and resold them at a huge profit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">In a statement to <em>Billboard<\/em> on Monday, a StubHub spokesperson said: \u201cWe are aware of and take seriously all customer concerns relating to our FanProtect Guarantee. While we cannot comment on ongoing litigation, our commitment is to fair resolution in every valid case, guided by transparency and customer trust.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">StubHub\u2019s FanProtect Guarantee promises buyers that tickets they buy on the platform are valid; if not, the company promises to \u201cfind you comparable or better tickets to the event\u201d or offer a refund or credit.
