\n\tBe\u00e9le has been hit with a lawsuit from his ex-girlfriend, Venezuelan influencer Isabella Ladera, claiming the Colombian pop star is responsible for leaking their sex tape and that this illegal conduct caused her serious emotional harm.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe lawsuit, filed by Ladera on Monday (Sept. 15) and obtained by Billboard<\/em>, is the latest in a messy feud between the influencer and Be\u00e9le (Brandon de Jes\u00fas L\u00f3pez Orozco) since a video of the now-exes having sex went viral on Sept. 7. Ladera publicly accused Be\u00e9le of leaking the tape, while Be\u00e9le\u2019s reps denied that he was the source of the leak and said the singer is \u201calso a victim\u201d in this situation.<\/p>\n

\n\tLadera is now doubling down on blaming Be\u00e9le for the leak, saying in the lawsuit that he either intentionally published the video online or shared it with someone else who did the same.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cOnly two people had the videos, and Ladera had already erased them almost a year and a half before,\u201d wrote Ladera\u2019s lawyers from the Miami firm Hachar Law Group. \u201cThe only other person who Ladera knew had the videos, Be\u00e9le, had made his intentions clear when he refused to erase them when Ladera requested that he do so.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tLadera is suing Be\u00e9le for invasion of privacy, sexual cyberharassment, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence. She\u2019s seeking damages that \u201cfar exceed\u201d the minimum threshold of $50,000, writing that she suffered \u201cshame, humiliation and mental anguish as a result of the public disclosure of her private affairs and activities.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tBe\u00e9le\u2019s reps did not immediately return a request for comment on Wednesday (Sept. 17).<\/p>\n

\n\tThe nine-page lawsuit chronicles Ladera and Be\u00e9le\u2019s relationship, which began as an Instagram friendship in 2023 and later turned romantic. Ladera says she felt \u201ca sense of security and comfort that she had met someone who actually could be the proverbial \u2018One.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tAccording to Ladera, it was Be\u00e9le who requested that they record their sexual interactions. Ladera says she \u201cnever thought that these videos would ever be shared with anyone, let alone be published to the world, as they ultimately were.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tLadera claims that in 2024, she deleted all the videos in her possession and asked Be\u00e9le to do the same. Be\u00e9le refused, Ladera says, and \u201cinstead questioned her trust in him.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cLittle did she know that the trust she had would one day be broken,\u201d the lawsuit reads.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe couple split this past March, the lawsuit says, \u201cafter numerous controversies and rumors\u201d that were \u201cmostly fueled by non-credible internet parasites.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tLadera claims the issue of the sex tape first arose in June, when two people named Melany Fernandez and Osvaldo Villalobos approached her with screenshots from one of the couple\u2019s videos. These individuals allegedly told Ladera that the screenshots had been shared with them and warned that the full video would be released soon.<\/p>\n

\n\tLadera says her management team contacted Be\u00e9le\u2019s management about this, and she believed the problem had been resolved. But it was just beginning. \u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cShockingly, on September 7, 2025, one of the videos was leaked through a WhatsApp account,\u201d reads the lawsuit. \u201cThe video went viral, and for Ladera the earth stood still.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tLadera took to Instagram to address the issue on Sept. 8, writing in a lengthy post<\/a> that Be\u00e9le was the source of the leak and that it was \u201cone of the cruelest betrayals\u201d she has ever experienced. Ladera wrote that she and Be\u00e9le were the only two people with access to the tape, and that the publication \u201cconstitutes a form of violence against women.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tOn Sept. 9, Be\u00e9le shared a statement of his own on Instagram denying that he was the source and saying the leak had also harmed him. That post, which has since been deleted, said Be\u00e9le\u2019s lawyers were taking steps to get the videos taken down.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cBe\u00e9le is also a victim of the non-consensual exposure of his private life,\u201d read the now-deleted statement from law firms V\u00edctor Mosquera Mar\u00edn Abogados and DMR Law LLC. \u201cWe reject all forms of violence and will continue to pursue legal channels to ensure the comprehensive defense of his rights.\u201d<\/p>\n
