Grainger\u2019s attempt\u00a0to recoup more than $1.5 million in incentive compensation from a former executive who\u00a0was convicted of possessing child pornography on his work-issued laptop.<\/p>\n<p>U.S. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatrustedlawyers.com\/mesothelioma-lawyers.html\">District Judge<\/a> Sara L. Ellis for the Northern District of Illinois granted a motion for summary judgment filed by plaintiff Grainger as to its request for recoupment against the company\u2019s\u00a0former vice president of total rewards,\u00a0Scott Witz, for $1.38\u00a0million in equity-based awards and approximately\u00a0$295,782 in cash incentive payments pursuant to Grainger\u2019s management incentive program.
