The alleged Instagram post is no longer on Tyson\u2019s page, but Fyffe\u2019s lawsuit includes screenshots of the video captioned, \u201cYou know what time it is #PaulTyson\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cNeither plaintiff nor any of his representatives granted defendant Tyson permission to use the song title \u2018Murdergram\u2019 to promote his boxing match with Jake Paul,\u201d reads the complaint. \u201cBy listing the song title \u2018Murdergram\u2019 on his Instagram post, defendant Tyson misled viewers to believe that plaintiff endorsed, or was affiliated or associated with, him and\/or his participation in the match.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tFyffe claims Tyson\u2019s use of \u201cMurdergram\u201d in this video helped drive viewership of his fight with Paul, which was watched live by more than 100 million people and broke Netflix viewing records.
