His lawyers are currently pushing to throw out those convictions \u2014 or at the very least get him out of jail ahead of sentencing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tHuynh (who goes by \u201cGina\u201d) was supposed to be a key part of the government\u2019s case against Diddy. But days before the trial was set to start, prosecutors told the judge that they could not locate Victim-3, and she never ended up testifying before the jury.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tNow, Huynh is frustrating prosecutors once again. In her letter to the judge, she identified herself as Victim-3 and directly asked the judge to release the star on bond ahead of sentencing \u2014 arguing that Combs is not the dangerous criminal portrayed by the feds.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cTo my knowledge, he has not been violent for many years, and he has been committed to being a father first,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tHuynh, who publicly alleged in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=smgWDZF-QjA\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a 2019 podcast interview<\/a> that Diddy had stomped on her stomach and punched her in the head during their relationship, painted a different picture in her new letter to the judge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cOur relationship, like many, was not always perfect, we experienced ups and downs, and mistakes were made but he was willing to acknowledge his mistakes and make better decisions in the future,\u201d Huynh wrote. \u201cOver the years that followed he made visible efforts to become a better person and to address the harm he had caused.
