But so far in 2024, they have the edge in demand growth over all other segments, with their litigation practices gaining even more strength, and clients finding them in a sort of \u201cGoldilocks Zone\u201d for reach, billing rates and expertise.<\/p>\n<p>Make no mistake, the <a href=\"https:\/\/usatrustedlawyers.com\/dui-dwi-lawyers.html\">largest firms<\/a> are still seeing big gains, fueled by <a href=\"https:\/\/law.com\/americanlawyer\/2024\/05\/06\/billing-rate-growth-and-litigation-demand-continue-to-drive-big-law-gains-in-q1\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">some of the strongest growth in billing rates on record<\/a>.\u00a0 And it was less than a year ago that firms beyond the Am Law 200 were outperforming the Second Hundred, notably \u201cgrabbing market share\u201d while analysts\u00a0described firms Nos. 101-200 as being in a sort of \u201cno-man\u2019s land.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Second Hundred law firms may have lost the lead over the Am Law 100 in revenue and profit growth last year.
