Court of Appeals to Eye Trump&#8217;s Arguments for Recusing Fani Willis"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>The Georgia Court of Appeals agreed to review Judge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fultoncourt.org\/judge\/judge-scott-mcafee\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Scott McAfee<\/a>\u2019s decision to let Fulton <a href=\"https:\/\/usatrustedlawyers.com\/divorce-lawyers.html\">County District Attorney<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/fultoncountyga.gov\/districtattorney\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Fani Willis<\/a> remain as prosecutor in former President Donald Trump\u2019s election fraud case on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The defendant\u2019s request came after they exposed Willis\u2019s romantic relationship with former lead special prosecutor Nathan Wade, who has since resigned from the case. The defense also contends that some of Willis\u2019s speeches and media comments on race, religion and racial bias constitute disqualifying forensic misconduct.
