One blocked the U.S. Department of Justice from withholding the American Bar Association\u2019s federal grants dedicated to victims of domestic violence and the other prohibited the Trump administration from enforcing an executive order that would have curtailed the bargaining rights of organized foreign-service officers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>  <!----> <!----> <!----><\/p>\n<div data-v-1c1aa57e=\"\">\n<p>U.S. District Judge Christopher R.
