Moakley Courthouse in Boston, celebrated U.S. Magistrate Judge Jessica D. Hedges and included speeches from her colleagues and family. Hedges&#8217;s speech emphasized the challenges facing the judiciary and reflected on how she journeyed from being a bookworm growing up in West Virginia to her new job on the bench.
