Defense counsel argues that they did not fail to accept a settlement offer, but rather, plaintiffs\u2019 counsel purposefully made the terms hard to follow to \u201cset up a bad faith failure-to-settle claim.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The defendant-appellant, represented by <a href=\"https:\/\/webbdaniel.law\/laurie-webb-daniel\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Laurie Webb Daniel<\/a> and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/webbdaniel.law\/matthew-friedlander\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Matt Friedlander<\/a> of Webb Daniel Friedlander and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youngthagard.com\/our-attorneys\/j-holder-smith-jr\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">J.
