\n\tAccording to CNN<\/a><\/em>, the Sinners<\/em> actor won\u2019t be called to testify as a witness in the case against Diddy. Jordan was previously referenced by Cassie in a 2023 lawsuit against Diddy. Although Cassie didn\u2019t list Jordan by name in the lawsuit, CNN <\/em><\/a>confirmed that she was indeed referring to the actor.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe case, which was quickly settled, alleged that Cassie started a \u201cflirtatious relationship with an actor\u201d in 2015 while she and Diddy were on a break. After spending New Year\u2019s Eve with Jordan, Diddy allegedly called the actor and \u201cthreatened\u201d him.<\/p>\n

\n\tAs for Kid Cudi, he was listed by name in Cassie\u2019s lawsuit against Diddy. Combs allegedly was \u201cenraged\u201d to find out that Cassie and Cudi were communicating in 2012, and he threatened to \u201cblow up Kid Cudi\u2019s car.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tAround the same time, the Ohio rapper\u2019s car blew up in his driveway. Reps for Cudi confirmed Cassie\u2019s allegations to be \u201call true\u201d in a statement to the New York Times<\/em>. <\/a><\/p>\n

\n\tBillboard <\/em>has reached out to representatives for both Jordan and Cudi for comment. <\/p>\n

\n\tWhile Diddy settled the lawsuit filed by Cassie, he\u2019s denied all of the allegations against him and an attorney representing him said that the settlement isn\u2019t an \u201cadmission of wrongdoing.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tOpening statements in Diddy\u2019s case are set for May 12, which is being overseen by U.S. District Judge\u00a0Arun Subramanian. Diddy\u2019s legal team is led by Marc Agnifilo along with Teny Geragos and Alexandra Shapiro. Brian Steel, who represented Young Thug in his RICO case, is also on board. <\/p>\n
