Wade<\/i> has pleaded guilty.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>  <!----> <!----> <!----><\/p>\n<div data-v-e97bc92c=\"\">\n<p>Nicholas Roske, 29, appeared before a Maryland federal court Tuesday and voluntarily confessed to attempting to assassinate an associate justice of the high court in violation of 18 U.S.C. \u00a7 351(c).
