Three hours after Karp hit send, Grewal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/paul-grewal-288978b4_a-little-friendly-advice-to-my-outside-counsel-activity-7309702746750820352-j-_-?utm_source=social_share_send&amp;utm_medium=member_desktop_web&amp;rcm=ACoAAFjsVeMBxZfAGKt8PPZ_V7BwrseBWOPP5ys\" target=\"_blank\" link-data=\"{\" cms.site.owner=\"\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">posted this on LinkedIn<\/a>: \u201cA little friendly advice to my outside counsel. If you purport to take action with the administration in the interest of your clients, you might want to at least communicate with those clients first.
