The FBI subsequently identified multiple people who purchased the unreleased music, all of whom identified Eminem\u2019s former employee, Joseph Strange, as the person who was selling it. A press release states that the music \u201cwas still in the process of being developed by\u201d the rapper.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tIf convicted on the charge of criminal copyright infringement, Strange faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
