Diz joins as a partner in Davis Polk\u2019s M&amp;A practice in Northern California, the firm said Monday.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>  <!----> <!----> <!----><\/p>\n<div data-v-e97bc92c=\"\">\n<p>Diz had several leadership roles at Debevoise, including helping the firm build out its Northern California presence in the last few years. Diz, who moved out to San Francisco in 2021 to open the firm&#8217;s office there, was co-managing partner of the office.
