Tulane Conference Speakers Focus on Senate Bill"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div data-v-e97bc92c=\"\">\n<div data-v-e97bc92c=\"\">\n<p>Throughout the first day of the Tulane Corporate Law Institute, panelists repeatedly brought discussions back to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.com\/delbizcourt\/2025\/02\/26\/debate-over-proposed-delaware-corporate-law-revision-highlights-rift-in-corporate-bar\/\" target=\"_blank\" link-data=\"{\" cms.site.owner=\"\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">divisive<\/a> legislation proposing changes to Delaware&#8217;s corporate law.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>  <!----> <!----> <!----><\/p>\n<div data-v-e97bc92c=\"\">\n<p>On one end are opponents of Senate Bill 21, who have said its passage would be a legislative overreach that would make it nearly impossible for shareholders of Delaware corporations to successfully challenge a transaction in the Court of Chancery.
