Casey Rodgers after she issued an order emphasizing the need for women attorneys to lead more than 70 lawsuits over Depo-Provera.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>  <!----> <!----> <!----><\/p>\n<div data-v-e97bc92c=\"\">\n<p>Rodgers, in the Northern District of Florida, was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.com\/dailybusinessreview\/2025\/02\/10\/panel-sends-depo-provera-lawsuits-to-3m-earplug-judge-rodgers-in-florida\/ \" target=\"_blank\" link-data=\"{\" cms.site.owner=\"\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">assigned earlier this month<\/a> to oversee the multidistrict litigation alleging that Depo-Provera, an injectable birth control, was linked to brain tumors.
