\n\tSean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs is the subject of yet another lawsuit, as a male escort has accused the disgraced Bad Boy Records mogul of sexual assault.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe victim, who filed in the Southern District of New York as John Doe on Wednesday (Feb. 26) through his attorneys at Eisenberg & Baum, claims Combs sexually assaulted him and then coerced him to remain quiet with a series of threats.<\/p>\n

\n\tDoe says he met Combs in 2012 through his Florida-based male companion service and then traveled north to meet the hip-hop mogul in New York City, where he says Combs invited him to his suite at the Intercontinental Hotel. While there, he claims that Combs forced him to perform \u201coral and penetrative sex\u201d on a woman who was also present. He also alleges that Combs had him drink from a water bottle and rubbed baby oil on him, \u201cone or both of which\u201d led him to \u201cfeel as if he had been drugged and not in complete control of his body.\u201d During the same assault, Doe claims that Combs put his finger in his anus and \u201cforcibly anally raped\u201d him.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cYou better not say a word to anybody about this. Did you hear me,\u201d Doe recalls Combs saying to him following the assault. \u201cI\u2019m not f\u2014ing playing with you. If I can get Pac hit, what the f\u2014 do you think can happen to you?\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tDoe is asking for compensatory damages for emotional distress along with nominal, punitive and\/or exemplary damages, among other relief. In a statement sent to Billboard<\/em>, the man\u2019s lawyers \u2014 Eric M. Baum<\/strong>, Adriana Alcalde <\/strong>and Brian Silber<\/strong> \u2014 say he \u201cis fully willing to cooperate with any law enforcement.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tCombs\u2019 lawyers have continued to deny all of the sexual assault allegations against him.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cNo matter how many lawsuits are filed \u2014 especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims \u2014 it won\u2019t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually\u00a0assaulted\u00a0or sex trafficked anyone \u2014 man or woman, adult or minor,\u201d Combs\u2019 attorneys said in a statement sent to Billboard<\/em> on Thursday (Feb. 27).<\/p>\n

\n\tThey continued: \u201cWe live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tIn addition to the dozens of sexual assault lawsuits that have been filed against him, Combs is currently detained at Brooklyn\u2019s Metropolitan Detention Center ahead of his criminal trial, which is slated to begin on May 5. The disgraced rapper and executive was arrested in September on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He faces life in prison if convicted on all charges.<\/p>\n
