But under the terms of the agreement, Tasha will still owe the rest of the damages award even after she finishes the repayment plan: \u201cThe Almanzar Claim is non-dischargeable.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tIn the first year of the agreement, known as a \u201cplan of reorganization,\u201d Tasha will pay $44,907 per quarter to her unsecured creditors, the vast majority of which will go to Cardi. By year five, those quarterly payments will escalate to $81,057.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tIn an unusual feature, the bankruptcy plan also includes a non-disparagement clause, barring Tasha not only from defaming Cardi while the plan is in place but also from even mentioning her or any of her family members.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cThe Debtor shall ensure that no content related to Ms. Alm\u00e1nzar and\/or her family, whether explicitly or implicitly, will be published or disseminated on any of the Debtor\u2019s social media accounts, websites, blogs, or other online communication channels,\u201d her lawyers wrote.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tIn a statement to <em>Billboard<\/em>, Tasha\u2019s bankruptcy attorney <strong>Chad Van Horn<\/strong> confirmed that the plan had been approved by a judge at a court hearing on Monday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cThis milestone reflects a resolution that addresses the interests of all parties involved,\u201d Van Horn said. \u201cBy reaching this agreement, all parties can avoid prolonged litigation\u2014fulfilling bankruptcy\u2019s essential purpose.
