Her suit took issue with a policy that prohibits parental notification when a student wants to socially transition to a different gender unless the student consents to parental notification. The complaint, <a href=\"https:\/\/assets.alm.com\/5c\/ca\/0a686f1444fba56024b0283398fc\/landerer-v-dover.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" link-data=\"{\" cms.site.owner=\"\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><i>Landerer v.
