\n\tDaddy Yankee and his estranged wife Mireddys Gonz\u00e1lez reached a partial agreement in their first court hearing on Friday (Dec. 20) over his allegations that she withdrew $100 million in funds from two of his companies without authorization.<\/p>\n

\n\tFollowing private negotiations, both parties agreed that the artist born Ram\u00f3n Luis Ayala Rodr\u00edguez will regain the presidency of his companies El Cartel Records and Los Cangris, it was announced during the hearing. It was also established that for a period of 30 days \u2014 while a plan for the management of the companies is developed \u2014 $75 million of the corporate accounts will remain untouchable. The remaining money is allowed to be used with the condition that both parties approve any transaction over $100,000. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe hearing, which took place in San Juan, Puerto Rico, was first reported by Metro<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe transition, to be completed on Dec. 26, will include the delivery of documents and other relevant materials. Yankee also agreed to submit monthly reports on all corporate financial and administrative matters.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI have always respected Mrs. Gonzalez, and I ask that you respect her as well,\u201d the artist briefly told the press following the hearing. \u201cIt was a very harmonious process. You know the process of faith that I am in. It\u2019s the best thing for the family\u2026that we were able to achieve things in good faith. All of this that is happening is for a greater purpose. I am sure of whom I serve, and I am sure that all things will go well.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tThe agreement comes one week after Ayala filed two legal motions seeking an injunction against his soon-to-be ex-wife, alleging she withdrew $80 million from the bank account of his El Cartel Records \u201cwithout authorization,\u201d and $20 million from the bank account of another of his music companies, Los Cangris, according to court documents obtained by Billboard<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe filing by the reggaet\u00f3n hitmaker was made in court in San Juan against Gonz\u00e1lez, her sister Ayeicha Gonz\u00e1lez Castellanos and El Cartel Records, a company founded by Yankee where Gonz\u00e1lez allegedly serves as CEO and Gonz\u00e1lez Castellanos serves as secretary\/treasurer.<\/p>\n
