AAAi Panelist Search\u00a0was created with generative AI, specifically OpenAI’s models. The tool allows case managers to look up arbitrator resumes using semantic search \u2014 which understands their queries intent\u2014 as opposed to being restricted to searching resumes using keywords.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“If the parties wanted an arbitrator experienced in football stadium construction, I could search ‘stadium,’ but semantic search would find ‘stadium,’ ‘sports,’ ‘arena,’ ‘sports facilities,’ it would find related terms that are gonna relate to that expertise,” explained AAA vice president of innovation Linda Beyea.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
