Savage of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania denied Panera\u2019s motion to reschedule the Oct. 7 trial in the case\u00a0<em>Katz v. Panera Bread<\/em>\u00a0until Dec. 2. Panera\u00a0asked the court to reconsider, as its defense counsel, including Marc Miles, Kristy Schlesinger and Gabriel Spooner,\u00a0would be tied up in at least one other intellectual property case,\u00a0<em>Hubert Hansen Intellectual Property Trust v.
