Osteen Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina issued a <a href=\"https:\/\/ecf.ncmd.uscourts.gov\/doc1\/13314395772\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">ruling <\/a>on Sep. 13, in part denying\u00a0a motion to dismiss a breach-of-contract claim against the industrial supplier, Adora Manufacturing.\u00a0The case filed by a former employee,\u00a0Eshan Haq, alleging he had not received\u00a0his entire wages because the company \u201cwas in bad financial condition.\u201d The case is captioned\u00a0<em>Ehsan Haq v.
