A team from Orrick Herrington &amp; Suttcliffe,\u00a0<\/span>led by partners Ramy Shweiky and Matthew Gemello,\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">is advising Workday in the transaction. Goodwin Procter is advising Evisort and its shareholders.
