The 110-page <a href=\"https:\/\/pdfserver.amlaw.com\/legalradar\/pm-54823114_complaint.pdf\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">document <\/a>contends that RealPage, which is based in Richardson, Texas, and is owned by private equity firm Thoma Bravo, violated Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act and \u201chas built a business out of frustrating the natural forces of competition.\u201d Counsel has yet to appear for the defendant.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Department of Justice and eight states have sued\u00a0RealPage, a real estate software company, for allegedly colluding with landlords to artificially\u00a0hike rental prices through an algorithmic pricing scheme.
