Durso, whose practice focuses on over-the-counter and exchange-traded derivatives, joins the group in New York.<\/p>\n<p>The hire is the latest in the firm\u2019s recent\u00a0expansion of corporate transactions talent, including in London with hires from Kirkland &amp; Ellis, Linklaters, and Clifford Chance.
