Shook, a commercial litigator with Moore &amp; Van Allen\u2019s Charlotte office, filed the <a href=\"https:\/\/images.law.com\/contrib\/content\/uploads\/documents\/292\/189017\/nc-mecklenburgcounty-284066_complaint.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">breach-of-contract lawsuit<\/a> Thursday in Mecklenburg County Superior Court\u00a0on behalf of United Community Bank, a financial institution serving Southeastern states, against Nest Homes and its founders, Zeno Brent Hawkins and Eric Matthew Wood.
