Court"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div>\n<p>Ticketmaster parent Live Nation has moved to transfer\u00a0a historic antitrust case filed by the Department of Justice to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, arguing that terms of a consent decree mandate that the case be litigated in the nation\u2019s capital and not Manhattan.<\/p>\n<p>The DOJ and 30 state and district attorneys general <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/opa\/pr\/justice-department-sues-live-nation-ticketmaster-monopolizing-markets-across-live-concert\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">sued<\/a> the live events industry giant in May for Sherman Act violations in\u00a0the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
