New York University<\/em> involves an undisclosed monetary term and new measures by the university to combat antisemitism.<\/p>\n<p>The three NYU\u00a0students, represented by Kasowitz Benson Torres, argued that the university failed to enforce its antidiscrimination policies in regard to antisemitism toward Jewish students in the wake of the attacks of Oct. 7 in Israel.
