Maldonado for the Northern District of Illinois authored the <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/11_CC9TlYmF9pxMJ0Gz8b5ztIjIfS9VWE\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">July 1 opinion<\/a>, finding the plaintiff, Eric A. Freeland, failed to provide sufficient evidence regarding his Illinois Wage and Payment Collection Act (IWPCA) and breach of contract claims against the firm defendants, Lorenzini &amp; Associates and its owner, Ronald N.
