Defense counsel from Wilkinson Stekloff argued that plaintiffs have no grounds\u00a0for pursuing a class action\u00a0against the NFL for inflating\u00a0its \u201cSunday Ticket\u201d streaming package because it is a \u201cpremium\u201d service.<\/p>\n<p>A complaint originally launched in 2015 accused the NFL of\u00a0colluding with DirecTV to\u00a0maintain a monopoly over professional football broadcasting through its exclusive Sunday Ticket service, which\u00a0streams\u00a0out-of-market games produced by Fox and CBS that fans can\u2019t access on local channels.
