Over the last few weeks, a coalition of 16 attorneys general, led by New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and California, have filed amicus briefs in seven pending cases in lawsuits filed in federal courts in Alabama, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, and Texas.
