Jackson Women\u2019s Health<\/em> opinion that overturned <em>Roe v. Wade<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnswering a question about the correctness of a particular decision may tend to suggest that I would not fairly or impartially apply all Supreme Court precedent,\u201d U.S. Magistrate Judge Adam B. Abelson, a nominee for a U.S. trial court judgeship in the District of Maryland, said in a written response to members of the Senate Judiciary Committee. \u201cBecause <em>Roe v. Wade<\/em> and <em>Planned Parenthood v. Casey<\/em> were overruled by<em> Dobbs v.
