One of the latest firms to mull the concept, which generally distinguishes a small number of high-performing partners at a firm, is Latham &amp; Watkins, according to sources.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A firm representative did not respond to requests for comment on the subject.
