\n\tSoulja Boy (born DeAndre Cortez Way) typically takes pride in accomplishing firsts in life. He allegedly became a dad for the first time when he welcomed a baby boy with his ex-partner Jackilyn Martinez in 2022, but now the rapper is saying that isn\u2019t so sure he\u2019s the father.<\/p>\n

\n\tAccording to California court documents viewed by Billboard<\/em>, Soulja Boy filed on Wednesday (July 22) to have a DNA test for his alleged 3-year-old son, KeAndre Way.<\/p>\n

\n\tIf proven to indeed be the father of the 3-year-old, Soulja agreed to inherit pregnancy costs with Martinez and pay for her legal fees.<\/p>\n

\n\tAccording to TMZ<\/em>,<\/a> Soulja Boy\u2019s filing came in response to Martinez\u2019s October 2025 lawsuit against the \u201cKiss Me Thru the Phone\u201d rapper, which saw her file for primary custody of the 3-year-old and allow Soulja visitation rights.<\/p>\n

\n\tMartinez claims she\u2019s been primarily covering the baby\u2019s finances and Soulja Boy only chipped in after she \u201cbegged him to do so.\u201d She\u2019s seeking child support from the California native. <\/p>\n

\n\tTMZ<\/em> also reported in June that Martinez provided the courts with a text from Soulja Boy that allegedly read, \u201cStop emailing me, you dumb bi\u2013h. There will be no litigation or settlement idk who the f\u2014 u think u talking to.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tAccording to Complex<\/a><\/em>, Soulja Boy posted his newborn \u2014 which made him a father for the first time \u2014 following KeAndre\u2019s birth in September 2022. He was also reportedly present for the child\u2019s gender reveal earlier that year. KeAndre is Soulja Boy\u2019s only alleged child. <\/p>\n

\n\tOn the music side, the 35-year-old released his DRIP<\/em> project in May. To date, Soulja Boy has 10 Billboard Hot 100 entries and one No. 1 hit on the chart: \u201cCrank That (Soulja Boy)\u201d in 2007.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
