On the same day, the DOL\u2019s Wage and Hour Division issued guidance on common issues that employers may face in responding to various Coronavirus scenarios or other public health emergencies under both the Fair Labor Standards Act (\u201cFLSA\u201d)\u00a0and the Family and Medical Leave Act (\u201cFMLA\u201d),\u00a0while the Office of Workers\u2019 Compensation Programs published guidance that outlines Federal Employees\u2019 Compensation Act (\u201cFECA\u201d)\u00a0coverage for federal employees as it relates to Coronavirus.
