Though Mane (born Radric Davis) has not been named in court, the charging documents identify this victim as \u201cR.D.\u201d and describe him as the head of 1017.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tShiesty\u2019s attorney, <strong>Bradford Cohen<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fox4news.com\/video\/fmc-lt5b4beejcwjoelw\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">told reporters<\/a> after the hearing that the entire case rests on \u201cvery questionable\u201d witness statements, noting, \u201cThe FBI doesn\u2019t take three months to arrest someone if they believe everything that was said on the night that it occurred.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cThey have no contract,\u201d said Cohen. \u201cThey have no video of this alleged signing of a contract. They have no guns. They have no jewelry. They have none of that physical evidence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tShiesty was charged last week alongside eight alleged co-conspirators, including his father, Lontrell Williams Sr., and the rapper Big30 (Rodney Wright Jr.). Prosecutors say these individuals barricaded the recording studio and robbed Mane\u2019s associates of Rolex watches, a 1017 chain and a Louis Vuitton bag.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe alleged incident came just a few months after Shiesty\u2019s release from prison on federal gun charges.
