If that happens, his record will be wiped clean.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe 26-year-old Grammy winner was arrested last summer after allegedly attacking police officers who responded to reports that he was wandering around Ventura Boulevard wearing few clothes. He was charged with three counts of battery and one count of resisting arrest, felony charges that carried up to five years in prison if convicted.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tFollowing the Aug. 21 incident, Lil Nas spent the weekend in jail before pleading not guilty to all charges and getting released on a $75,000 bond.
