Proposed abortion restrictions will be permanently blocked in Minnesota as the state supreme court affirmed a lower court’s ruling preventing an anti-abortion group from intervening and relitigating in a historic case, Doe v. Minnesota, which ruled that the state’s constitution protects a fundamental right to choose and access abortion care.
