A former shareholder at Marshall Dennehey is suing the firm over sexual harassment and retaliation claims in Ohio state court.
The 22-page complaint, filed in the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court at the end of 2024 against Marshall Dennehey and Cleveland office managing shareholder Leslie Jenny, accuses Jenny of sexually harassing former shareholder Keith Hansbrough and failing to address harassment allegedly perpetrated against him by another shareholder; the suit also accuses the firm’s upper management of refusing to do anything after Hansbrough reported allegations of harassment involving another partner as well as Jenny.
