Harbor, the fast-expanding legal services platform formed in 2023 through a three-way merger, has appointed Michael Stahl, a former senior counsel for the financial services software firm Intapp, as its first general counsel and head of integration.
Stahl will oversee Harbor’s legal and compliance functions while also leading efforts to integrate recently acquired businesses and create a unified experience for clients. The appointment comes as Chicago-based Harbor builds out its infrastructure to support a broader suite of strategy, technology and consulting services for law firms and corporate legal departments.
