A federal judge in California this week agreed to dismiss a masseuse’s sexual assault allegations lodged against Madison Square Garden Entertainment’s top executive, James Dolan.

U.S. District Judge Percy Anderson of the Central District of California dismissed Kellye Croft’s federal sex-trafficking claims Tuesday, finding she failed to plausibly allege that anything of value was provided to her in exchange for engaging in an alleged sexual relationship with the New York Knicks owner. Croft alleged that Dolan set her up to be sexually assaulted by disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein.
