A former acting general manager of United Natural Foods filed reverse racism claims in federal court against the Atlanta food distribution center, alleging he was wrongfully terminated for firing a Black employee who refused to work when his request to play Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have A Dream” speech on company intercom speakers was denied.
