A state court judge recommended this week that the Florida Supreme Court suspend crypto-millionaire and the alleged architect of the 2020 U.S. presidential election fake electors plot, Kenneth Chesebro, from the practice of law for 30 days.
In doing so, Florida’s Second Circuit Judge J. Lee Marsh—in his referee report—provided a thorough analysis to the state Supreme Court to explain the legal constraints prohibiting him from revisiting or “going behind” Chesebro’s prior guilty plea in a Georgia case, according to Jan Jacobowitz of Legal Ethics Adviser.
