A western New York judge has authorized two anti-abortion organizations to continue to tout a so-called “abortion reversal protocol” while their federal lawsuit against the state government proceeds.
The nonprofit agencies, Gianna’s House and Options Care Center, can continue to publicly advocate for the use of progesterone, the abortion pill reversal protocol, pending the outcome of their federal First Amendment claim against the office of New York Attorney General Letitia James, U.S. District Judge John Sinatra Jr. of the Western District of New York held on Thursday.
