Baker & Hostetler Files Trade Secrets Suit for NJ Wholesaler

A trade secret lawsuit filed by Baker & Hostetler alleges that a retail distributor stole customer and vendor information from goods wholesaler Center Point Distributors in order to undercut the wholesaler’s existing clients.
